WASHINGTON (Reuters) – The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has named Kelly L. Gibson the acting deputy director of its enforcement division, the agency said in a statement on Friday.
Gibson is currently the director of the SEC’s Philadelphia Regional Office, where she has worked for 13 years, according to the statement.
